We have different types of HDD Machines and other Pipeline Laying machinery, we have expertise to lay any type of pipe lines ( Gas Pipe Lines, Water & Sewage, Electrical Cable and Fiber). Our evolved Trenchless Crossing methodology ensures minimal disruption to the environment & above ground surfaces.

We regularly undertake projects related to ‘Petroleum Products & Gas Pipe Line Laying’ for ‘City Gas Distribution’ and for ‘Intra-city’ & ‘Inter-city’ Piped CNG/PNG transportation, Water & Sewer pipe line, Fiber Cables and Electricity cables underground laying using any technology required by our clients based on ground situation.

On top of that, we’ve HDD (Trenchless) machines from world’s leading manufacturers for any type of Trenchless Under Ground (UG) Cable Laying jobs. We also have skilled manpower for Open, Trenching, Moiling, Cable jointing & other civil related activities.

PNG CGD Planning & Deployment

  • We provide complete solution for PNG GAS (MDPE, GI)Line Deployment.
  • Site Survey and deployment planning with ROW permissions.
  • 120 mm, 63mm, 40mm and 32mm pine line distribution deployment.
  • PNG Lines In building ( High Rise and Row Houses) and Domestic Connection
  • Main and Service Line connecting line deployment and commissioning.
  • Pressure Testing for MDPE and GI.
  • Civil work and MS work and end user connections.

PNG consultancy

  • Support to provide Maps of respective area to plan the greenfield projects and provide GIS, MapInfo and Google Maps planning
  • Site survey (12 Chelan GPS Tool) to provide accurate reports.
  • ROW End to End Liasoning with respective Municipal Corporation, PWD, NHAI, Forest Department and other Agency/Offices
  • We have good liasoning team in North/Central and West India States
  • Green fiend & infill survey and provide reports in required format.
  • Pre and post quality , distance audits. Annual audits for deployed lines and support for TS4 Audits .

Supply of Material

  • MDPE Pipes of sizes from 125 mm dia to 20 mm dia (IS:14885) along with regulators, meters and decompression unit.
  • HDPE Pipes of size 315mm dia to 75mm dia (IS:4984).
  • GI Pipes Galvanized uniformly to protect from corrosion as per IS:4736/ ASTM A53 or by Electro Galvanizing.
  • Galvanized Coating 610 - 700 g/m2.
  • GI Fittings galvanized to meet the requirement of IS: 4759 – 1996.
  • Valve shall be tested to a test pressure of 1.5 times the pressure rating with Test certificates as per ASME B16.33.
  • Warning Mats material of high density Polyethylene.

Operation & Maintenance CGD

  • Patrolling is aimed at preventing Pipeline disruptions along the PNG routes daily on fixed stretch
  • Preventive and Corrective Maintenance is carried out as defined by the SLA / SOW.
  • We have strong process for AMC/Operation and Maintenance
  • Maintenance of PNG routes 24*7 for Routine PNG Maintenance and Breakdown Pipeline Maintenance
  • Breakdown PNG Maintenance includes 24*7 mobilization of equipment and skilled manpower for fault identification and rectification.
  • We have expertise to maintain Infrastructure and PNG equipment's .
  • O&M Team consisting of a Fusioner, an assistant and helper four-wheeler with a driver is available 24*7 with all the equipment (Fusion machine, MDPE Cutter, Portable Genset and supporting tools)
